Responsibilities:
- Must have a labor intensive attitude and be capable of climbing towers, water tanks or rooftops.
- Work in a team of 2-4 people
- Install antennas, lines, RRUs, mounts, pinwheels, towers, monopoles, tripoles and tower reinforcing
- Perform inspections, tower mappings and post construction inspections on telecommunications towers.
- Adhere to all company and industry standard/regulations
- Willing to work overtime and travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results oriented.
- Have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities
Work as part of a small team to install antennas, lines, RRUs, mounts, pinwheels, towers, monopoles, tripoles, and tower reinforcements. Inspect and map telecommunications towers, complete post-construction inspections, and follow company and industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must be physically capable of labor-intensive work and climbing towers, water tanks, or rooftops, and must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starting and team-oriented approach, and willingness to work overtime and travel are required.
