Role Overview:

Provide strategic enterprise architecture leadership across business, applications, data, AI, integration, cloud, infrastructure and security. Shape future-state roadmaps and guide architecture governance for complex enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture & Governance

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, governance and review mechanisms.
• Develop current-state assessments, target-state blueprints and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Lead design reviews and architecture decision-making, assessing risks, dependencies and technical debt.

Transformation & Solution Oversight

• Advise business and technology leadership on platform modernization, technology investments and strategic priorities.
• Review solution designs across enterprise applications, AI, data, cloud, integration and cybersecurity for alignment with architectural standards.
• Support technology evaluation, vendor selection, business cases and capability-based planning.

Cloud, Security & Advisory

• Recommend secure, scalable, resilient and cost-effective architecture patterns with privacy and regulatory requirements built in.
• Evaluate responsible AI opportunities, governance, data readiness and security considerations for AI-enabled solutions.
• Mentor architects and delivery teams; facilitate executive workshops and influence decisions across matrixed teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technology strategy or large-scale digital transformation.
• Experience establishing architecture strategies, roadmaps, governance and design review processes.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent architecture frameworks.
• Breadth across cloud, application modernization, integration, enterprise data, information security and AI/ML or generative AI.
• Strong executive communication, strategic planning, stakeholder management and architecture decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, technology portfolio management and architecture review boards.
