Original job description

Role Overview:

Lead an analytics delivery function and build a proactive partnership with business, clinical and operations stakeholders. Translate ambiguous business questions into useful metrics, dashboards, analytical products and decisions, while managing people, priorities and delivery quality.

About Teqfocus:

Teqfocus is a Data and AI company that helps enterprises build and scale the Agentic Enterprise - connecting the data foundation, the intelligence layer, and the applications teams run their businesses on into a single, coherent architecture.

As a Salesforce Summit Partner, we work in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Insurance, and Hi-Tech - industries where getting AI right matters and the tolerance for failure is low. Our delivery model is senior-heavy by design. The same team that scopes an engagement ships it to production. There are no junior shadow teams, no sub-contractors brought in when the problem gets hard, and no hand-off to a separate managed services vendor when the project closes.

We run an internal innovation practice that builds the reusable patterns, pre-tested architectures, and industry-specific frameworks that give every Teqfocus client a head start - and give every Teqfocus practitioner work that compounds over time.

We are a diverse, immigrant-entrepreneurial company. We were built on the conviction that the best outcomes come from people who take genuine ownership of what they build - and are trusted to do so.

Identify decision-making needs, define KPI frameworks and prioritize analysis based on business value and adoption.
Shift reporting from reactive request fulfillment to scalable, forward-looking insights and measurable outcomes.

Lead analytics planning, resource allocation, delivery commitments, quality reviews, stakeholder escalations and team development.
Review and contribute hands-on to dashboards, visualizations, data storytelling and analytical or data-science solutions.
Ensure analytics deliverables have clear definitions, dependable data sources, sound validation and strong usability.

Adoption & Improvement

Present insights and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Drive adoption, document business impact and iterate products using user feedback.
Coach analysts and establish repeatable analytical practices, governance and collaboration across data teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Substantial experience in analytics, business intelligence, data-driven decision support or related leadership roles; 8–10+ years is a recruitment guideline to be validated.

Strong dashboarding, data visualization, KPI development and data storytelling capabilities.
Ability to frame ambiguous business problems as analytical questions, actionable findings and measurable outcomes.
Experience reviewing analytical and data science solutions and translating technical work into executive-facing insights.
Excellent prioritization, stakeholder engagement, coaching and communication skills.
