Terfuu is a Montreal performance-creative agency. We run Meta and Google ads for several brands across Quebec, Canada and the US, and we produce the creative that makes them work.

You write, you concept, you read the numbers. All three, not one of three.

What you do

Hooks, ad briefs, UGC and video scripts, VSLs, landing pages, emails. You brief the designers and the editors, and you follow it through to the finished asset. Every week you look at what the ads did and decide what to kill, what to rewrite, what to reproduce and iterate on.

What success looks like

New concepts and new iterations live every week, never an account running dry.
Campaigns that bring in new customers inside the target: cost per lead, CAC or ROAS.
Written learnings, so a winning concept becomes a rule and not an anecdote.
A high creative standard everywhere: paid social, UGC, influencer.

What you bring

Native Quebec French.
Professional written English.
3+ years of DR copywriting experience, agency side or in-house at a brand.
Ads you took from brief to launch, with the spend and the results.
You know what converts on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
You write short and long: a 15-second hook, a VSL, a landing page.

Responsibilities

Requirements
