You are a proven, self-driven professional with extensive field operations experience ready to take on commercializing first-of-a-kind technologies in a fast-paced startup environment. You embrace learning and experimentation, constantly seeking ways to innovate and push boundaries.

You are hands-on, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a setting where agility and resourcefulness are key. Your expertise in downhole completions equips you to deliver results that make a real-world impact.

What You Bring

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong math skills including all standard calculations expected for downhole completions installation.
• A proven ability to excel in entrepreneurial environments with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of downhole completions systems including stimulation sleeves, liner hangers, running tools, and flow control devices.
• Extensive knowledge of ways that downhole completions systems and ways to rectify them.

Professional Experience:

• 10+ years of operations experience in field operations roles with at least 5 years focused on downhole completions.
• Service/coil rig and other types of field experience are an asset.
• A proven track record with new technology deployments in a field operations role.
• A proven track record of recovering from major field operations failures.
• Extensive experience interacting with technical customers, international experience is an asset.
