Implement schedules and milestones to monitor progress against project timelines.
Assess quality control (QC) in accordance with approved drawings and specifications throughout all phases of construction.

Leadership & Workforce Management

Conduct and lead project meetings with subcontractors, trades, and labour teams to monitor and report on construction progress.
Identify and resolve conflicts among project teams and associated work activities; develop contingency plans to mitigate risk.
Assist field crews when operational support is required.
Promote a strong culture of safety and lead by example in accordance with DCM’s safety policies, including electrical safe work practices, LOTO, and hazardous area requirements.

Planning, Coordination & Cost Control

Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to plan manpower requirements and ensure proper equipment, materials, and subcontractor availability.
Work with the Project Manager to review up-to-date cost reports and identify corrective actions for any tasks trending over budget.
Identify, recommend, and support cost-effective construction and project delivery solutions.
Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
Manage general housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work site.
