  • Develop and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) forecasts, trend analysis, and Estimates at Completion (EAC), ensuring alignment between budgets, commitments, actuals, and projected performance.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project cost reports, including cash flow projections, backlog analysis, and key performance indicators.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify cost trends, risks, and mitigation strategies, clearly communicating financial impacts to stakeholders.
  • Monitor labour productivity, hours, and cost performance to ensure early identification of deviations from project targets.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Estimating, Planning, Scheduling, and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, commitments, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting.
  • Act as a key liaison between Project Management and Finance, fostering transparency, alignment, and a collaborative working environment.
  • Validate subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders against approved budgets and investigate discrepancies or risks.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to support progress measurement, invoicing, revenue recognition, and overall project financial governance.
  • Lead project financial closeout activities, including final cost reconciliation, subcontract balance confirmation, holdback verification, final reporting, and system closeout within Jonas ERP.
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc analytical reports to support operational and strategic project reviews.
  • Support internal audits by providing accurate and timely project cost and financial information.

What You Bring

  • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • Willingness to work away from home for extended periods, including camp-based assignments when required.
