我们正在寻找对大模型技术与智能汽车领域充满热情的实习生，加入车辆软件团队，协助完成大模型在车载系统的落地项目。你将参与 SFT 大模型微调、RAG 知识问答系统搭建及车载客户端应用开发相关工作，在实践中积累前沿 AI 技术与车载场景结合的实战经验，助力打造智能化人车交互体验。

岗位职责

协助团队基于 SFT 技术进行大模型微调，参与数据整理、标注及微调实验，支持车辆控制（HVAC、座椅、车窗等）、车载服务（音乐、导航、打电话）等场景的自然语言交互功能开发；
辅助构建基于 RAG 技术的车辆知识问答系统，参与车辆用户手册等知识库的整理、结构化处理及检索效果优化；
协助开发车载客户端应用的前端交互原型或后端基础逻辑，配合完成大模型能力与车辆功能的对接测试；
参与项目文档编写、技术调研及数据统计分析，协助团队优化模型性能与应用体验；
配合团队完成其他技术相关辅助工作，积极学习车载系统与大模型应用的核心知识。

任职要求

计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
掌握 Python 编程语言，了解大模型微调（SFT）相关基础框架（如 Hugging Face Transformers）者优先；
具备 GO 语言基础开发能力，了解后端服务或应用开发逻辑者优先；
对 RAG 技术、知识库构建、自然语言处理（NLP）等领域有兴趣，愿意主动学习相关技术；
有Linux平台下C/C++开发经验则优先；
具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力与团队协作意识，工作认真负责，能积极配合完成分配任务；
保证每周至少 3 天实习时间，实习周期不少于6 个月（长期实习优先）。

Responsibilities

Assist with fine-tuning large language models and developing natural-language features for vehicle controls and in-car services. Help build a RAG-based vehicle knowledge system, develop and test in-car client applications, and support documentation, technical research, and model and user-experience improvements.

Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing or hold a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, automation, or a related field, and should know Python. Familiarity with SFT frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers is preferred; Go, backend or application development, RAG, NLP, and Linux-based C/C++ experience are also relevant, along with strong learning, communication, and teamwork skills.
