Job Title: Java full stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, modern frontend frameworks, databases, cloud technologies, and technical team leadership.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Backend

• Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Java 8+ features.
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Hibernate/JPA and REST API development.
• Microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Frontend

• Angular or React.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Responsive UI development and API integration.

Database

• SQL, database design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
• Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

Tools and DevOps

• Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Cloud exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Logging and monitoring tools such as ELK, Splunk, or Prometheus.

Testing

• JUnit and Mockito.
• Unit testing, integration testing, and code-quality tools such as SonarQube.

Leadership and Soft Skills

• Proven experience leading a full stack development team.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong ownership of delivery, code quality, and production stability.
