The Role

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead & own the systems, process, and reporting infrastructure that runs Texada's sales & customer success organizations. This isn't a back-office builder role: you'll design and run the forecast and pipeline cadence, create accountability and collaboration mechanisms for sales processes, and be the person execs and functional leaders turn to for a clear read on where the business stands.

You'll lead a team responsible for day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM, DealHub CPQ,and other revenue facing systems staying hands-on in maintaining and refreshing these systems as the business evolves. Reporting to the CFO - and working in lockstep with Sales & Customer Success leaders - you'll help drive accountability into the sales & customer success teams and pull the rest of the organization into supporting sales & customer success where it matters most.

Work Location and Travel

Remote/hybrid, with minimal travel outside of occasional team or industry events.
Candidates should be authorized to work in Canada without restriction or sponsorship.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 12 months, you will be measured on:

Cadence & Accountability: A running forecast/pipeline review cadence with full rep attendance, prep compliance, and follow-through on commitments
Forecast Accuracy: Reduced variance between forecast and closed results quarter over quarter
Executive Visibility: Leadership and the exec team have a clear, trusted, real-time read on pipeline and forecast status
Deal Health: Faster identification and resolution of stalled or at-risk opportunities
Systems & Team: Sales systems kept current and administered cleanly by your team

What You'll Own

Sales Cadence & Operations

Design and personally run the forecast and pipeline review cadence
Own the cadence agenda, prep materials, and follow-through on commitments made in-meeting
Present pipeline, forecast, and win/loss status to the exec team and functional leaders on a recurring basis
Partner with the SVP of Sales to flag reps and deals falling behind cadence, and drive corrective action
Translate sales data into a narrative the rest of the org can act on - so Marketing, CS, and Product know where to lean in
Administer processes for sales & customer success variable compensation

Systems Ownership & Team Leadership

Lead the team responsible for CRM, CPQ, and other sales-critical systems; stay directly involved in system architecture, configuration, and ongoing maintenance and refresh
Evaluate, implement, and govern GTM tools to ensure they're scalable and aligned with business needs
Ensure data hygiene and system integrity across all GTM platforms support reliable reporting and forecasting

Deal Desk, Revenue Modeling & GTM Planning

Own the deal desk function - pricing structures, approvals, and revenue modeling
Oversee commission plan administration, including calculations, tracking, and stakeholder communication
Partner with the SVP of Sales, Director of Sales, and Customer Success on territory design and GTM planning
Provide process documentation, training, and support to drive adoption across the sales org

What We're Looking For

5–7 years in Sales/Revenue Operations or Business Systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, including experience running (not just building) forecast or pipeline review cadences
Experience leading or mentoring at least one team member, ideally within sales/revenue operations or business systems
Comfortable presenting to and being pressure-tested by executives, and direct enough to hold reps accountable in the room
Deep expertise in leading CRM and CPQ tools
Experience in deal desk operations, sales compensation, and revenue forecasting
Track record of improving operational workflows and maintaining clean, reliable data
Understanding of SaaS GTM metrics and pipeline management

Nice to Have

Frontline sales or sales management experience, giving you credibility running the room with reps
HubSpot experienced, or have led a major CRM reimplementation or migration project
Built or scaled commission models and can speak to your role in aligning comp plans with strategy
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance content creation, personalize messaging, and improve workflow efficiency

Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 CAD base salary + 10% annual bonus, commensurate with experience.
