Summary Of Job Description

  • Write Services Directives for the specific program;
  • Prepare & provide PSE recommendations to IPT;
  • Receive/organize/escalate longer-term customer issues to the program;
  • Update PSE with in-work or future programs / projects;
  • Coordinate Safety Board activities for the specific program;

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge and understanding of PSE and programs’ processes
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools and SAP CRM
  • Strong ability to communicate in a proactive, consistent manner, verbally and in writing;
  • Accountable;
  • Very open to change and willing to promote it;
  • Trustworthy and high integrity;
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity;
  • Show leadership maturity;
  • Driven by results and corporate goals;

Sommaire des responsabilités

  • Responsable de la rédaction des bulletins de service pour le programme spécifique
  • Préparer et fournir à l’équipe intégrée du produit (IPT) les recommandations de PSE
  • Recevoir, organiser et mettre en lumière les problèmatiques de nos clients liés au produit
  • Tenir l’équipe PSE informée de l’avancement de chaque projet (présent et futur)
  • Coordonner les activités du « Product Safety Board » (PSB) pour le programme
  • S’assurer que les recommandations faites au PSB sont appropriées du point de vue du client et du programme
  • Coordonner la publication des bulletins de service pour le programme
  • Participer aux revues annuelles de service
  • Planifier et coordonner les ressources avec l’équipe de gestion PSE

Exigences du poste

  • License valide de Transport Canada M, S ou E. Équivalence international peut être considéré.
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente
  • Bilinguisme requis :
  • Excellentes connaissances en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques Microsoft et SAP CRM
  • Forte aptitude à communiquer de façon proactive, régulière et consistante aussi bien parlé que par écrit;
  • Est responsable et imputable;
  • Excellente aptitude à pouvoir s’adapter aux changements et le promouvoir;
  • Intègre et digne de confiance ;

Responsibilities

Write and coordinate service directives, prepare product support engineering recommendations, and manage customer issues for the assigned program. Coordinate product safety board activities, keep the support team informed about current and future projects, participate in annual support reviews, and plan resources with PSE management.

Requirements

Requires a valid Transport Canada M, S, or E licence (or an international equivalent), more than five years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of PSE and program processes. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English, proficient with Microsoft tools and SAP CRM, and demonstrate strong communication, accountability, adaptability, integrity, leadership maturity, teamwork, results orientation, and project management understanding.
