  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Very punctual
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn new software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Being able to handle the pressures of a deadline oriented environment
  • The ability to work independently
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • A genuine commitment to exceptional client care
  • A great attitude and willingness to pitch in

We are a team oriented office so soft skills and a professional approach in dealing with clients is a must. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to interact with staff in a positive manner, be well organized and efficient, and have the ability to handle the pressures of deadlines and multitasking.

HOURS OF WORK

Monday through Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional Saturdays during March and April. Overtime may be required from time to time if necessary.

Compensation will be based on experience and is competitive with an extended health package available to staff.

Please submit your résumé along with a brief cover letter telling us about your relevant experience and why you think you would be a good fit for our team.
