Who We Are

Becoming experts on beer doesn't happen overnight. Since 1927, The Beer Store has been part of communities across Ontario, growing into an integrated business that includes Ontario's largest beer retailer, a leading beverage distributor, and a trusted partner in beverage alcohol recycling and stewardship. Our success is driven by the people behind our business. Across our Retail Stores, Distribution Centres, Draught Services, Customer Experience Centre, and Corporate Office, our team brings passion, expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service every day. We are proud to foster a respectful and inclusive culture where diverse perspectives and experiences help us grow, innovate, and succeed together. Whether we're supporting our customers, advancing sustainability initiatives, giving back to our communities, or creating a safe and welcoming workplace, we are united by a shared commitment to doing what's right. Recognized as one of Canada's Greenest Employers in 2025 and 2026, The Beer Store continues to build on a proud legacy while investing in the future, and we're always looking for talented people to join us on that journey.

The Role

We are currently searching for a Manager, Fulfillment (TBS), reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The Manager, Fulfillment plays a key strategic leadership role within the supply chain, responsible for shaping and advancing fulfillment planning, strengthening supplier collaboration, enhancing inventory governance, and ensuring inbound readiness across The Beer Store network. This role sets the strategic direction for supplier- and brewer-facing S&OP processes, aligning supply, inventory, service levels, and operational priorities with overall business objectives. In this role, the Manager leads ongoing improvements to fulfillment governance, supplier engagement, and risk management to enhance inventory, service, and network performance. The position partners cross-functionally with brewers, logistics, operations, and planning teams to drive accountability, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Location

Our Corporate Office is currently located in Bolton, ON. We offer a hybrid work model with visits into the office a minimum of three times per week and on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function. As part of our continued growth, we are relocating our Corporate Office to Milton, ON with a planned entry at the end of 2027. Employees in this role will be expected to work from the Milton location once the transition is complete. Up to 15% of business travel is required to support organizational needs, therefore a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.

What You'll Be Doing

Champion and lead supplier-facing S&OP processes, establishing governance, decision-making forums, and KPI frameworks that drive aligned, accountable planning across the network
Set and align the national fulfillment and integrated supply planning strategy, ensuring all supplier and brewer decisions support a unified enterprise-wide plan

Define and execute network-wide fulfillment strategy, optimizing product availability, inbound readiness, inventory positioning, and operational performance
Lead enterprise inventory management strategy, balancing service, working capital, and supply continuity while reducing aged, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory
Drive promotional planning and new product introduction execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and consistent delivery against service and commercial commitments
Establish and lead supplier performance management routines, enabling proactive risk identification, continuous improvement, and consistent service outcomes
Provide cross-functional leadership across supply chain functions, guiding data-driven decision-making on allocation, trade-offs, and network flow optimization
Anticipate, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, leading contingency planning and ensuring network readiness to respond to disruptions with speed and clarity
Champion continuous improvement and planning capability development, driving lean practices, process standardization, and enhanced visibility through reporting and performance insights
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
