This role is a great opportunity for individuals new to the hospitality industry, with potential opportunities to grow into a Restaurant Server role based on performance and operational requirements.
Job Overview
This is a permanent part-time position. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Restaurant Server supports daily dining operations by providing attentive and professional food and beverage service to Members and guests. The Server is responsible for taking and delivering orders, anticipating Member needs, coordinating with the kitchen and service team, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience in accordance with the Club’s service standards.
Hourly wage range: $18.25 – $19.25, based on experience.
Availability Requirement: Must be available to work a minimum of three days per week, including at least two weekend days/shifts and one weekday. Weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet Members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service in accordance with Club service standards
- Present menus, explain daily features, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and according to established service standards
- Monitor tables throughout service and respond promptly to Member and guest requests
- Ensure order accuracy, appropriate presentation, and Member satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service team members to ensure efficient and timely service
- Process receipts and payments accurately in accordance with Club procedures
- Complete opening, closing, and assigned side duties, including preparing and maintaining service stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, sanitation, and Club policies
- Address Member concerns professionally and escalate service issues to leadership when appropriate
- Deliver courteous, attentive, and professional service to Members and guests at all times
Qualifications

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset
- Smart Serve Certification – required
