Build Your Sales Career at The Bullpen
The Bullpen is a high growth B2B sales company working with some of North America's fastest growing technology companies.
We help businesses build their sales pipelines through outbound business development, representing clients across SaaS, AI, ERP, CRM and other technology sectors.
We're in a massive growth phase and are building out our team quickly, with plans to significantly increase our headcount over the coming months.
That means there is a lot of opportunity for people joining us now.
We're looking for people who want to become sales professionals. You don't need years of sales experience. You do need the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
If you're someone who wants to be coached, takes feedback on board and genuinely wants to get better, we'll invest in you.
Growth at The Bullpen
Whether you're someone who is purely sales motivated, a go getter who loves chasing targets and maximizing your earning potential, or someone who sees themselves as a future leader, we want to help you become that person.
Our goal is to develop the communication, prospecting, discovery and commercial skills you'll need to build a long term career in sales.
And we don't expect you to figure everything out on your own.
From your first day, you'll receive training and guidance to help you understand the role, our clients and what success looks like.
You'll benefit from:
- Structured onboarding with clear expectations for your first 30, 60 and 90 days.
- Regular coaching and feedback from your manager.
- Opportunities to review your performance, identify areas for improvement and set new goals.
- Exposure to experienced sales professionals and different approaches to outbound selling.
- Opportunities to apply for internal positions as the company continues to grow.
If you show up, take feedback, improve day by day and consistently put the work in, we want to give you opportunities to grow into an Account Executive or managerial position as the business scales and you prove yourself in the BDR chair.
Progression will depend on performance, development and the opportunities available as we grow.
Exposure to Multiple Industries
Another main advantage we have at The Bullpen is that we represent a multitude of clients across a multitude of sectors.
Whether SaaS is your thing, you're interested in learning more about AI products, or you want to gain experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms and other technologies, we can give you that knowledge and experience to add to your skillset.
Rather than working with one product in one industry, you'll have the opportunity to learn about different businesses, technologies and markets.
And this is something we're constantly growing and expanding in. Who knows who and what we'll be working on next!
You'll gain an understanding of how different companies operate, what challenges they face and how their products provide solutions.
You won't just grow financially. You'll grow your skillset and as an individual.
Culture Matters Here
We're a big team environment with a competitive edge.
We want people who enjoy working alongside others, pushing themselves and celebrating each other's wins.
At The Bullpen, we have five core values:
Commitment: See it through.
Ownership: Step up and own it.
Ingenuity: Find a way or make one.
Team Over Ego: No lone wolves.
Progress Over Perfection: Ship it, then sharpen it.
We care about hitting quotas, but we also care about the small improvements you make day by day.
Better conversations.
Better questions.
Better calls.
Better habits.
We encourage people to ask questions, share ideas, support their teammates and take ownership of their development.
We're competitive, but we want everyone to succeed.
And yes, we're also a dog friendly office!
If you're willing to put the work in and want to improve, there is a huge amount of room to grow.
