Responsibilities

- Perform turnover suite cleans to move-in-ready standards
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, appliances, and all surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail units
- Report any deficiencies or damages
Requirements
- Must operate as an Independent Contractor (not an employee)
- Valid Business/Company Registration
- Valid GST/HST Number
- Current Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Current Provincial Workers' Compensation/Labour Insurance (Nova Scotia WCB coverage, where applicable)
- Reliable transportation
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Experience in post-construction or turnover cleaning preferred
Compensation
- Competitive contract rates
- Bi-weekly payment schedule
- Ongoing work available for qualified Independent Contractors
