- Serve on committees and take on special assignments as needed.
- Represent CTI to stakeholders and act as an ambassador for the organization.
- Oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring financial resources are managed responsibly and align with CTI’s mission and strategic goals.
- Provide leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Review and approve financial statements, ensuring they accurately reflect the organization’s financial position.
- Advise the Board on financial strategies, investment decisions, and long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with the external auditor to ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and staff to streamline financial processes and align them with best practices.
- Actively participate in Board meetings, providing insights and recommendations.

CTI’s Board members will serve a three-year term and are eligible for reappointment for one additional term. Board meetings are held quarterly.
