Support administration of key operational systems, access management processes, and related business activities.
Maintain process, operational, and disaster recovery documentation.
Document business requirements, operational pain points, risks, process gaps, and enhancement opportunities.
Coordinate operational data, metrics, and analysis to quantify challenges, measure outcomes, and support business and product decisions.
Support process and system changes, including operational readiness, stakeholder communication, training coordination, and change management activities.
Prepare process maps, presentations, reports, and decision-support materials.
Support roadmap planning, prioritization and business case development through research, operational analysis, and documentation.

Qualifications:

Strong business and operational analysis capabilities, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience coordinating system and operational issues, documenting processes and business requirements, analyzing operational challenges, supporting process changes and operational readiness, and preparing business case and roadmap materials.
