Your Role
As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Integration Cloud solutions that integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with internal and external systems.
This is a hands-on technical role focused primarily on Oracle Integration Cloud development, Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, enterprise data movement, reporting solutions, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop inbound and outbound integrations using OIC orchestration, REST APIs, SOAP services, File/FTP adapters, Oracle SaaS adapters, and event-driven integration patterns.
Design and implement integration mappings, transformations, validations, reconciliations, and exception-handling processes.
Monitor integration execution, troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with functional, technical, and vendor teams.
Support integration lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, technical design, development, unit testing, deployment, validation, and post-production support.
Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions using REST and SOAP services, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
Develop secure reporting and integration solutions while ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive employee and payroll data.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical components including value sets, lookups, User Defined Tables (UDT), descriptive/extensible flexfields, security roles and privileges, approval rules, and scheduled processes.
Collaborate with HR teams across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Talent Management initiatives.
Prepare technical specifications, mapping documents, test plans, deployment documentation, and operational support procedures.
Support quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud releases by assessing business impacts, validating integrations and reports, coordinating regression testing, and implementing required remediation activities.
Partner with Oracle Support through Service Requests (SRs) to resolve product-related issues.
Participate in application support rotations and provide timely resolution of production incidents.
