Who We Are

Hi! We’re AntiSocial, a social-first digital marketing agency powered by people who love to create. Our work spans industries and disciplines, from conceptual campaigns and strategic media plans to creator partnerships, influencer strategies, and content production for leading brands around the world. As part of the Thinkingbox family, we bring creativity, collaboration, and innovation to everything we do.

At AntiSocial, you’ll join a diverse and talented team that delivers bold campaigns and innovative solutions for some of the world’s top brands. Our culture is one of collaboration, creativity, and connection. Whether it’s brainstorming with colleagues, hanging out with our office dogs, or enjoying monthly events, we keep our work environment vibrant, inclusive, and fun.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Art Director with a socially native and nimble storytelling background to be a conceptual force for all campaigns and Always On social projects. This is a hands on role. We value thinkers that are doers, and ones who can take an active role in developing standout work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions, developing innovative concepts and social-first ideas that meet client objectives and our creative goals
  • Apply your art direction and design expertise to craft compelling visual narratives, guide the design process, and ensure the highest level of creative output
  • Partner with writers, strategists, and producers to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels
  • Present ideas, moodboards, and concepts to clients; translate feedback into effective creative solutions
  • We work best when we stay close to the work. That means sometimes rolling up sleeves, on set, behind the camera or a R4 Figma file
  • Stay up-to-date with design, culture, social media, and technology trends to keep work fresh and forward-thinking

What You'll Bring

  • 4-6 years in an Art Direction role with considerable design skill, with a portfolio showcasing strong design, ideation and campaign work
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and ability to bring ideas to life across a range of formats
  • Ability to create and develop compelling concepts for social, digital, and integrated campaigns
  • Confident presenting work internally and to clients, with strong verbal and visual communication abilities
  • Experience working with production teams to ensure creative consistency across shoots and final assets
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to inspire designers and partner seamlessly with copywriters, strategists, and account leads
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, and social media best practices
  • Chronically online, tapped into all facets of culture both in and outside the realm of social media marketing

Additional Info

  • Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
  • Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days
  • Consistent culture and team-building events
  • Employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year
  • Office lunches
  • Branded company swag
  • Access to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreaches
  • Dog-friendly offices
  • Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks
  • Flex work and travel options
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits

Equal Opportunity

At AntiSocial, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. We believe that diversity is our creative strength - it's the range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds that fuels our best ideas and most innovative solutions. We welcome and encourage applicants of all races, ethnicities, genders, identities, abilities, ages, sexual orientations, and backgrounds to apply. Your voice matters here.

Thank you for your interest in joining our team. Please submit your resume along with links to your online portfolio as part of your application (if applicable). Due to the volume of applications we receive, we’re unable to respond to every submission. However, all applications are kept in our talent database and will be considered for future opportunities.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
