Your contributions will help uphold the trust consumers place in our products and support our commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and environmental stewardship.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced operations environment and brings curiosity, accountability, and a dedication to quality. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on product performance and consumer satisfaction while working with advanced technology in a facility fueled by teamwork and growth.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation used for ingredient, product, and environmental testing with accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct routine quality line audits, evaluations, and sampling directly on the production floor to ensure compliance with established standards and testing plans.
  • Utilize systems such as SAP to perform traceability exercises, capture production data, and support end‑to‑end visibility across manufacturing batches.
  • Prepare test solutions, media, and reagents according to required specifications while maintaining adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
  • Record analytical and microbiological data precisely, managing logs and reports to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct sensory evaluation of finished dairy products to assess consistency, flavor, and quality attributes.
  • Identify and communicate unusual results or potential deviations to relevant stakeholders promptly and assist with root‑cause verification or retesting.
  • Maintain organized inventory of lab supplies, ordering items as needed to support uninterrupted testing activities.
  • Champion safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout laboratory and production areas while maintaining a clean, well‑organized workspace.
  • Support training and onboarding for new Quality Assurance team members to strengthen procedural consistency and cross‑functional capability.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to sustain continuous improvement across product quality, process reliability, and efficiency.
  • Perform additional quality activities aligned with departmental priorities to sustain the integrity of manufacturing operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum two-year college diploma in Food Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc. or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing laboratory or quality environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency operating and maintaining complex laboratory analytical and microbiological equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey test results and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Competence in basic mathematical and computational tasks relevant to laboratory and manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of data systems such as SAP or equivalent enterprise platforms for production quality tracking.
  • Digital fluency and comfort working with technology supporting process automation and data accuracy.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts as required by production schedules.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods, work on multi‑level platforms such as ladders or catwalks, and perform duties in confined or refrigerated environments.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Enthusiasm for cross‑training and partnering within other departments to advance a unified manufacturing culture focused on quality and safety.

What We’ll Do for You

  • Offer a collaborative environment that brings together process engineers, operators, and quality professionals committed to innovation and sustainability.
  • Support personal development through continuous improvement projects that enhance operational performance and product reliability.
