Convocation Flowers is looking to hire an On-Site Sales Representative to join our team for the University of Lethbridge Fall 2026 graduation on October 17. We are a company that sells roses and assorted gifts around Canada for University and College graduations. This is an IN PERSON ROLE that takes place at the Co-op Centre for Sport & Wellness at University of Lethbridge campus on October 17, where selected candidates will join our team leader in the sale of our roses to guests at graduation! instagram.com/commencementgroupcanada/
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Lives in Lethbridge
- Reliable, responsible and personable
- Contribute towards sales goals and effective member of the team
- Maintains a positive attitude throughout the day

- Uphold the highest professional standard
Responsibilities:
- Setting up a retail kiosk at the Co-op Centre for Sport & Wellness on University campus
- Selling flowers from the kiosk with our team on October 17
- Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales on site
- Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
- Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanour on-site
Financial:
- Compensation: $18 per hour
