Convocation Flowers is looking to hire an On-Site Sales Representatives to join our team for the University of Victoria Fall Convocation ceremonies on November 9 & 10. We are a company that sells roses and assorted gifts around Canada at college and university graduations. This is an IN PERSON ROLE that takes place on UVIC campus at the Farquhar Auditorium on November 9 & 10 where selected candidates will join our team leader in the sale of our roses to parents, friends and attendees of the graduates!

Responsibilities:
- Setting up a retail kiosk at the fall graduation event for the University of Victoria
- Selling flowers from the kiosk at the Farquhar Auditorium on Nov 9 & 10
- Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales on site
- Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
- Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanour on-site
Financial:
- Compensation: $20 per hour
- Discretionary bonus for hitting and surpassing sales targets
