- Serve as a key point of coordination between clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and manage project financials, including fee tracking, invoicing, billing, forecasting, budget control, and profitability.
- Oversee contractual obligations, scope changes, additional services, change orders, and value engineering, ensuring commercial implications are understood and managed.
- Coordinate project documentation and construction-related deliverables, including RFIs, shop drawings, samples, submittals, and consultant packages.
- Review project documentation at key milestones to identify coordination issues, assess constructability, and maintain quality control.
- Participate in construction meetings, site visits, mock-ups, factory visits, and installation periods, with international travel as required.
- Oversee project resourcing and team coordination, working with senior leadership on staffing needs, workload planning, mentorship, and the development of junior team members.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of project management experience within the luxury interior design and/or architecture space
- Demonstrated experience overseeing projects across multiple phases, extending through construction administration and final completion.
- Understanding of project financials, including budgets, fee management, billing, forecasting, and profitability.

- Familiarity with construction documentation, contract administration, RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and consultant coordination.
- Proven ability to manage relationships across clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal creative teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve challenges proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management or scheduling platforms: familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is an advantage.
