The Design Coordinator supports the CUS Fashion and Retail Associationâs visual identity by creating engaging, on-brand graphics for social media, events, and other promotional materials. Working closely with the VP Marketing team, the coordinator helps translate campaign ideas into cohesive visual content.

Time Commitment4-6 Hours/Week
Main Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, event promotions, and other club initiatives
- Follow and help maintain the club’s visual identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with the VP Marketing team to develop campaign concepts and creative assets
- Revise designs based on feedback and meet established content deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and layout
- Interest in fashion, retail, branding, and social media trends
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Receptive to feedback and comfortable collaborating with a team
