Original job description

The VP Internal is responsible for internal team operations, including meeting minutes, scheduling, and administrative support for the executive team.

\nQualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Strong attention to detail and note-taking skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software.

Main Responsibilities

Record, organize, and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
Coordinate scheduling for executive team meetings and internal deadlines.
Maintain shared drives, internal documents, and team records.
Track the progress of team deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Support the executive team with event-day logistics as needed.
Participate in regular executive team meetings and contribute to decision-making.
Other ad hoc tasks as needed to deliver one of the best experiences to the graduating class.

Anticipated Learning Outcomes

Strengthened organizational and administrative skills in a team setting.
Insight into the internal operations of a student-run service.
Enhanced project management skills through involvement in planning and executing the graduation night.

Time Commitment

Approximately 6 hours per week, with an increase to 10 hours during peak planning periods.
