As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Welcome guests and support them throughout their shopping experience.
- Use your product knowledge and eye for design to help guests choose pieces they will love.
- Build strong guest relationships that turn into lasting connections.
- Create a seamless experience from purchase through delivery.
- Pursue your sales goals with energy and drive, supported by coaching from your leader.
What you bring:
- A passion for home décor and design, and a desire to help guests create spaces for life’s most meaningful shared moments.
- A high school diploma.
- Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A well-organized, solution-oriented approach.
- Drive to succeed and reach your goals.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn in-house computer programs.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
