Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including territory planning, follow-up discipline, and accurate record-keeping in CRM or similar tools.
Knowledge of fasteners, tools, safety equipment, or industrial products is an asset, along with a willingness to learn technical product details.
Comfort working in field environments, including job sites and industrial facilities, with a commitment to safe work practices and company policies.
Proficiency with basic business software (email, spreadsheets, CRM) and the ability to prepare professional quotes and sales documents.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits within the territory.
Completion of secondary education; post-secondary studies in business, marketing, or a related field are considered an asset.
