What this role is
We run a coaching program for founders who sell expertise: consultants, advisors, coaches and solo agency owners. We've worked with 800+ founders. Most come to us doing $5K-$100K/month.
As Client Success Manager, you own each member's experience from their onboarding call through the result they joined for. Your job is to get members to their first client close, keep them engaged for the full 6 months, and turn their wins into case studies.
You'll work alongside our founder, our coaches and our community manager. They run the calls and the content. You make sure every member actually uses them.
You'll enjoy this role if you like working closely with founders while they scale. You'll have direct access to people running businesses doing $5K-$100K/month, and you'll see up close how they win clients, price their offers and grow.
What you'll do
01. Run onboarding
Lead the 45-minute onboarding call: lock in the member's ideal client, review their offer, and build their 30-day plan. Members should leave knowing exactly what to do in week 1.
02. Drive progress and accountability
Review Monday goal posts in Slack, follow up when members skip them, and check in when someone's stuck. Most members land their first client between day 30 and day 90. Your job is to get them there.
03. Be the single point of contact
Members always know who to go to for questions, scheduling, access issues, or which call to join. You respond fast and close every loop.
04. Spot churn risk early
Watch for the signals: missed Friday calls, no Monday posts, no assets submitted for review, quiet in Slack. Reach out before a member goes dark.
05. Track every member's journey
Keep a current view of each member's stage: ideal client defined, LinkedIn lead list built, newsletter live, first prospect conversations, first booked call, first close. Keep the CRM and tracker up to date.
06. Turn results into proof
Capture wins as they happen: the first prospect who joins the newsletter, the first booked call off an issue, the first $10K month. Turn them into testimonials and case studies for sales and marketing.
07. Run renewal conversations
Identify members who are getting results and ready to continue past 6 months, and run those conversations.
08. Report on retention and outcomes
Track engagement, call attendance, revenue milestones, churn and NPS. Bring patterns to leadership every week so we can fix what's not working in the program.
