- Negotiate artist fees, performance terms, and commercial arrangements.
- Evaluate the financial viability and risks of potential events.
- Monitor ticket sales, event expenses, and projected profitability.
- Review event performance and assist with financial settlements.
Event Coordination & Execution
- Work collaboratively with internal marketing, ticketing, and production teams to support successful events.
- Coordinate with venue partners and external stakeholders to ensure event requirements and contractual obligations are met.
- Monitor ticket sales and recommend strategies to improve event performance.
- Maintain accurate event records, calendars, budgets, and reporting.
- Proactively identify challenges and develop practical solutions throughout the event lifecycle.
Industry Relationships & Business Development
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective venue and programming partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand TFA's talent buying and live entertainment business.
- Represent TFA professionally at concerts, industry conferences, and networking events.
- Stay informed about developments across the live entertainment industry.
