Assemble, service, maintain, and repair mobility equipment, including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, and related seating and positioning components, in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical faults; do preventative maintenance and safety checks; educate clients/caregivers on safe use
Retrofit small home modifications (threshold ramps, step/rail solutions, bathroom safety bars) and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers as needed
Maintain a clean work area, protect client property, and follow WHMIS/Working-at-Heights and company safety procedures
Travel within the service area; update tickets/photos via mobile app; participate in rotational after-hours support as required. (Company vehicle provided during business hours)
Learn and follow safety procedures and company standards
