  • Ensure exceptional patient experience and uphold high clinical standards
  • Oversee multi clinic operations, scheduling, performance, and optimization
  • Roll up your sleeves and work alongside staff including seeing patients when needed
  • Conduct root cause problem solving using strong investigative and analytical skills
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and clinic processes
  • Build positive relationships with patients, staff, and cross-functional leaders
  • Participate in a robust onboarding program (90 day high-touch training)
  • Travel across two clinics with flexible scheduling
  • Collaborate on long-term clinic expansion planning

The successful candidate has:

  • Experience leading teams (preferably in a multi-site environment)
  • Background in sleep care, respiratory therapy, or medical retail (strong asset)
  • A coaching-focused leadership style with high empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or RPSGT certification is an asset
  • High drive, accountability, and genuine ownership of team and clinic success
  • A passion for patient care and collaborative, servant leadership culture
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspire

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience, leadership capability, and performance.

  • On-target earnings (OTE): $120,000 to $150,000.

  • Monthly performance bonuses with additional earning potential for overseeing multiple clinic locations.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, RRSP contributions, and wellness-focused perks that grow with tenure.

  • Strong career advancement opportunities supported by ongoing training, hands-on mentorship, and dedicated corporate resources.

  • Collaborative, people-first culture where leaders are valued, supported, and empowered to achieve success.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Clinic Managers or Regional Managers looking to advance into a regional leadership position with oversight of multiple locations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates across Canada.
