Support post-implementation reviews to assess results, capture lessons and improve future investment decisions.

Promote greater accountability for the financial outcomes and value delivered by Technology and capital investments.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, optimize spending and redirect resources toward higher-value priorities.

Financial Controls and Governance

Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial activities for the assigned portfolio in partnership with Accounting and Shared Services.

Maintain a strong control environment that supports accurate, complete and consistent financial reporting.

Establish clear objectives and accountability for team deliverables.

Provide ongoing feedback, coaching and career-development support.
