Review sales performance, leads, appointments, closing ratios, gross profit, and other key performance indicators
Develop and mentor sales consultants and sales leadership
Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure issues are addressed professionally and promptly
Work closely with the Finance team to maximize overall deal profitability and customer satisfaction
Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable provincial regulations

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
Strong used vehicle experience with demonstrated knowledge of appraisals, pricing, inventory management, and market trends
A strong understanding of dealership profitability and gross management
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
A professional and customer-focused approach

Competitive commission and performance based bonus structure.
Opportunity to work with premium products in a high volume dealership.
