Role Overview
As a Campus Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of The Lighthouse Institute on campus. You will connect directly with students, foster authentic conversations around mental health, and share valuable therapy resources. This role is ideal for an outgoing, empathetic student passionate about advocacy, peer connection, and building community awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with students in high-traffic campus areas to build awareness of The Lighthouse Institute’s therapy services.
- Distribute promotional materials, resource guides, and outreach collateral.
- Answer general questions about our practice and guide interested peers on how to book intake appointments.
- Represent the brand with positivity, empathy, and professionalism at campus tabling events and pop-up activations.
- Provide ground-level feedback to the outreach team regarding student engagement, common questions, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled post-secondary student (preferred).
- Energetic, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with peers.
- Strong interest in mental health awareness and destigmatizing therapy on campus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively around academic commitments.
- Prior experience in student leadership, event promotion, or customer service is a plus.
