Account Executive - Job Description

You're organized, curious, and client-obsessed. You're the day-to-day connective tissue between our clients and our teams, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and every project moves with purpose. You bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in great work. You're eager to grow into a strategic voice on the accounts you support.

North Star: Build long-term, profitable and collaborative relationships with clients to ensure they trust Mint as business advisors that can drive their businesses forward with our progressive creative work.

The Account Executive will be responsible for the following:

Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
Work with internal team to organize a process, timelines and R&Rs that meets the client’s brief and budget
Operate as the point of contact for day-to-day matters specific to your programs
Act as the key resource to the internal account team
Assist in the consistent delivery of client communications (either direct to the Client or through the Client Service Team) so as to provide updates, and action plans
Support the Account Team in the administration, delivery and maintenance of required client documentation including contacts (service agreements), project scopes, client budgets, payment schedules, invoicing, change-orders, forecasts, reports, and surveys
Ensure that Mint procedures are adhered to at all times ensuring appropriate sign offs are secured internally and externally
Ensure ongoing calendar management; forecast and book statuses, client meetings, internal checkpoints and other communication points as needed
Proof read all materials at all stages of the project
Forecast and track key account metrics and present to senior Account leaders
Identify and support the organic development of incremental business within existing client portfolios – in conjunction with Client Services
Continuously explore, internalize and share with the team best marketing practises
Elevate risks and collaboratively builds solutions with Account Supervisor or Director
Any other duties required by the Account Supervisor, Director and/or Senior Management.

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

Requires at least 2-3 years of client service experience
Experience working with multiple departments, within different disciplines
Self-motivated with an appetite to succeed in a client service position
Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner
Extremely detail oriented, logical, work-oriented and analytical
Background in Agency environment experience is required
Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, adaptability
Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a fast paced environment while remaining highly motivated
This role does require weekend work and/or off-standard hours of program execution and occasional travel

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of Mint’s total rewards program.
