Position Information
Temporary until approximately March 31, 2028.
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shfits.
What You Will Do
The Surgical Systems Lead provides program-level guidance to support effective, standardized management and continuous improvement across surgical services. The role coordinates activities, monitors and interprets performance, and supports sustainable process and system improvements. Through collaboration with clinical, administrative, and operational partners, the Lead enables improved patient flow, timely access to care, informed decision-making, and system accountability.
What You Will Bring
- 3-year Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Business, Health Administration, or Health Care related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management preferably in health-related field;
- Demonstrated ability to provide program-level guidance within a complex healthcare environment;
- Ability to support standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient flow and access to care;
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders without direct authority;
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear summaries and reports for leadership;
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple activities and competing demands;
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when working with sensitive information and system-level issues.
You will stand out with:
- Experience Working in a Surgical or other Clinical environment;
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
