Original job description

Business Development Representative (B2B Sales)

Are you a motivated sales professional looking to build your career with a global, fast-growing organization?

We're partnering with a market-leading business services company that helps thousands of businesses navigate HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety compliance. As the company continues to grow, they're looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives to join their high-performing sales team in Downtown Vancouver.

If you enjoy speaking with business owners, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want a clear path for career progression, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively prospect and engage small and medium-sized businesses through outbound cold calling.
Generate high-quality appointments and sales opportunities for the Business Development team.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM.
Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the value of the company's services.
Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales targets.
Collaborate with a supportive and high-performing sales team while continuously developing your skills

What We're Looking For

Previous outbound B2B sales experience in an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, or similar role.
Open to recent graduates with a strong hunger to succeed and build a career in sales.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Resilient, motivated, and driven by achieving targets.
A positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term sales career.
Experience using CRM systems is an asset.

What's In It For You?

$50,000 base salary
Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of $70,000–$100,000+
Clear career development path with opportunities to progress into senior sales and leadership roles.
Three weeks of paid vacation, increasing with tenure.
Your birthday off to celebrate your special day.
Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing sales training.
Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
Join a globally recognized, fast-growing organization with a supportive and high-performing team.
Work from a modern office in Downtown Vancouver, Monday to Friday.

Please Note: This is a 100% in-office role based in Downtown Vancouver, Monday to Friday.

If you're hungry to succeed, enjoy speaking with people, and want to be rewarded for your performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today to take the next step in your sales career.
