Lead cash flow forecasting and support the company’s overall cash management and financial planning objectives.
Monitor cash requirements, working capital, and client account reconciliations to ensure effective management of the company’s financial resources.
Partner with the VP, Finance and other business leaders to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.
Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and automation opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the finance function.
Oversee and optimize the use of key financial and business systems, including the Unity billing platform, Salesforce, and Dimensions general ledger.
Coach, mentor, and develop accounting team members through ongoing guidance, performance management, and professional development.
Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the accounting function.
Participate in strategic, financial, accounting, and operational projects and provide financial expertise as required.
Act as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership and contribute to broader organizational planning and decision-making.
