Strategic Leadership: Design and implement an agile, scalable project management framework tailored to TSA’s goals. Maintain a sharp focus on business impact, ensuring that all processes and methodologies enable strategic delivery and long-term transformation success.
Team Management: Act as a coach and mentor to Program/Project Managers - leading by example with energy, empathy, and expertise. Create a strong sense of purpose, enabling team members to grow, take ownership, and consistently deliver with excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central connector across IT, product, operations, and business units. Facilitate effective communication and alignment, translating technical plans into strategic conversations, and ensuring that all partners stay engaged, informed, and committed to shared outcomes.
