- 2 years verifiable Class 1 experience
- Safe driving background - verified via driver’s abstract
- Own or lease a highway tractor that meets Seaboard's equipment standards.
- Preferred model year 2021 or newer. Older units may be considered based on overall condition, specifications, and maintenance history.
- Truck must successfully pass a pre-hire inspection.
- Current CVIP/annual inspection, registration, and applicable documentation are required.
- This is not a home-daily position.
- Drivers must be willing to travel and remain away from home for up to 1-2 weeks, depending on operational requirements.
- Flexibility with scheduling is required to meet customer and business needs.

Responsibilities
Operate an owner-operated or leased highway tractor to haul chemical products in regional and dedicated-run operations. Travel as required, potentially remaining away from home for one to two weeks, and maintain flexibility to meet customer and business needs.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Class 1 license and have at least two years of verifiable Class 1 driving experience, with a safe driving record verified by a driver’s abstract. Owner operators must own or lease a tractor that meets company standards, pass a pre-hire inspection, and provide current inspection, registration, and applicable documentation.
