Talent Acquisition Assistant
(3-Month Contract)
Contract, with potential to become full-time
About the role
Our client is modernizing how we hire. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the launch our new applicant tracking system (ATS) with ADP and support recruiting across the company.
What you'll do
- Support the full
implementation of a new ATS
- Support hiring from
sourcing through to second-round interviews, including employer brand, job
postings, ATS management and candidate selection
- Represent CCM at career
fairs when needed.
- Work with hiring
managers from requisition through ATS close-out
- Coordinate offer
approvals with the Director, Human Resources
- Support the HR Team with
ATS setup, platform management, and sourcing tools
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Recruiting experience is
preferred
- Construction industry
experience is preferred
- Comfortable with HR
technology and AI; ADP experience is an asset
- Organized, proactive and
a strong communicator

Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the implementation of a new applicant tracking system and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to manage requisitions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous recruiting experience and familiarity with HR technology or AI tools. Experience in the construction industry and with ADP software is considered an asset.
