As a Service Associate, you will help bridge the relationship between the advisors and their clients. You are responsible for the start to finish process of client meetings and a vital part of the day-to-day operations of The Steele Group. This role provides top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries and facilitating smooth interactions, thereby contributing to the firm's commitment to exceptional client experiences and financial success.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a role that focuses on performance and expertise, rather than sales targets. This is an opportunity to showcase your abilities and contribute to our success without the pressure of meeting sales goals. If you are a motivated individual with a strong skill set and a desire to excel in a performance-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Overview

This role is particularly well suited to dedicated self-starters who enjoy challenges, thrive on problem solving, and pride themselves in their excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Service Associates provide superior service by being proactive in meeting client needs. This role supports the client relationship through interacting directly with team members, advisors, and clients to ensure meeting readiness and successful completion of post meeting action items. This role also includes other practice management tasks on an as needed basis such as ad hoc research and completion of miscellaneous administrative projects.

It's important to maintain a positive, friendly, and motivated environment within the team while adapting to our changing business needs.

Company Overview

We educate our clients - individuals, employees and human resource professionals - about the financial products available on the market today. We help our clients to make informed decisions about the options that are available to them in order to meet their specific needs.
