About The Role
Tile Shoppe is looking for a motivated sales professional to help customers find the right flooring for their home or project. In this role, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting parts of any renovation - choosing the perfect floors for their space.
This is a full-time, permanent position with real earning potential through base pay plus commission.
What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the full sales journey, from first consultation to product selection, checkout, and coordinating pickups or deliveries
- Keep the showroom looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, updating samples, and refreshing pricing displays
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, supply ordering, and general support duties
- Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed store sales goals
- Confident communicator with strong listening and customer service skills
- Comfortable with basic computer use and everyday math
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Availability to work weekends
- 1+ year in flooring retail (preferred) and 2+ years in customer service (preferred)
- $18/hour + commission - with earnings that grow alongside your performance

Responsibilities
Guide customers through the flooring sales process, from consultation and product selection to checkout and coordinating pickups or deliveries. Maintain the showroom and pricing displays, handle routine administrative tasks, and work with teammates to achieve store sales goals.
Requirements
Applicants must communicate confidently, listen well, provide strong customer service, use basic computer tools, and handle everyday math. English-French bilingualism and weekend availability are required; flooring retail experience of at least one year and customer service experience of at least two years are preferred.
