Are you a building materials retail leader ready to take full ownership of a store’s success? Tile Shoppe Moncton, we’re looking for a driven Store Manager who can inspire a team, deliver results, and grow strong relationships in the community. - Be the Leader: You will have Full P&L responsibility with genuine decision-making authority. Make key decisions and work directly with the company owners.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Earn a competitive base salary ($65,000 - $80,000) plus a significant annual bonus equals to 15% - 25% of the store net profit before tax, NO CAP. Your total compensation can realistically reach $85,000 - $120,000+.

- Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset.
