Senior Databricks Data Architect

Good to Have
Python based API, Python scripting, experience leading small teams
- Design and setting up enterprise data lake
- Strong on Azure DB, ADLS
- SQL knowledge is a must
- Strong Expertise in Azure(ADF/ADLS), Databricks, Python, Pyspark, SQL, CI-CD (Jenkins, Github), Obs (Dynatrace)
- Expertise on Lakehouse/DB finops
- Working experience with relational and/or NoSQL DB's is a must
- Programming experience (preferably Java/Pyspark/Python) is a must
- Experience with 1 or more BI Tools (Cognos/Power BI/ Sigma/ Strategy) is a plus
- Able to write the complex code and fix the issues
- Should have strong problem solving capability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions independently
Nice to have : Exposure to PowerBI dashboard development, AI experience - building agents and skills, understanding of MCP is a plus, Dynatrace
Functional experience of Retail Banking, capital markets, securities processing will be advantage

Responsibilities
Design and set up an enterprise data lake and deliver robust data solutions based on stakeholder requirements. Independently write and troubleshoot complex code, while collaborating with stakeholders and potentially leading a small team.
Requirements
Requires strong experience with Azure, ADLS, Databricks, SQL, and relational or NoSQL databases, along with programming experience, preferably in Java, PySpark, or Python. Strong problem-solving skills are required; experience with BI tools, Power BI, AI agents, MCP, Dynatrace, or financial services is an advantage.
