Role: nCino Tech Lead

Location: Toronto, ON-Hybrid-3 days in Office

Duration: 3 months contract

We are looking for an experienced nCino Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in nCino and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will lead technical design and development activities, guide the development team, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce and nCino best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, code reviews, and end-to-end solution delivery for nCino and Salesforce implementations.

Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Provide hands-on technical expertise for nCino Commercial Lending and Loan Origination workflows.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce/nCino developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.

Review technical designs and code to ensure solution quality, maintainability, and scalability.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Support integration between Salesforce/nCino and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on solution design and implementation.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce experience, including strong hands-on development experience.

Strong hands-on implementation experience with nCino.

Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Strong knowledge of nCino Commercial Lending and Loan Origination processes/workflows.

Strong development expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Proven experience leading technical design, development, code reviews, and solution delivery.

Ability to provide technical direction and guidance to Salesforce/nCino development teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Banking or Financial Services domain experience is strongly preferred.
