Position : Sales Development Representative
Location : Mississauga, ON
About the Role
We’re hiring a motivated, entry‑level Sales Development Representative to help grow our MSP (Managed Service Provider) and staffing client base. You’ll be the first voice prospects hear - booking meetings, opening doors, and helping turn interest into signed engagements. This is a fresher‑friendly, part‑time role (~100 hours/month) with flexible scheduling and clear performance targets.
Responsibilities
- As an SDR, you’ll drive new business through proactive outreach and cold calling, support the team in implementing MSP solutions, and help manage client relationships from first contact through onboarding.
- Prospect and generate new MSP/staffing opportunities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and light networking
- Qualify prospects, book meetings/demos, and hand off to delivery/recruiting teams
- Support MSP solution implementation by coordinating with internal recruiters and operations
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and client notes in our CRM
- Assist with client onboarding, check‑ins, and relationship management post‑sale
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles (new grads and career‑switchers welcome)
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills and comfort with high‑volume outbound calling
- Interest in staffing, MSP/VMS programs, or B2B services
- Organized, coachable, and motivated by targets/commissions
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools / AI tools is a plus
- Someone from outboud Sales call experience.
Pay range and compensation package
- Typically structured as minimum wage base $20/HR + commission
- Variable paid on recurring revenue, with a hold‑back to account for churn
