- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Banking and Financial Services experience required
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze, redesign, and optimize payment operations processes.
- Identify efficiency, risk reduction, and automation opportunities.
- Develop process maps, metrics, and improvement roadmaps.
- Partner with Business, Operations, Technology, and Risk teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation initiatives, analyzing and redesigning payment operations to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and identify automation opportunities. Develop process maps, metrics, and improvement roadmaps while partnering with Business, Operations, Technology, and Risk teams to advance enterprise-wide operational excellence.
Requirements
Requires 7–10+ years of process engineering experience, banking or financial services experience, and strong knowledge of payments, including HVP, LVP, SWIFT, ISO 20022, FX processing, Nostro/Vostro accounting, liquidity management, and payment operations. Candidates should have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, expertise in process improvement methods, and strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
