Social Media Manager
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end social campaigns and flagship moments for Thomson Reuters across X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
You will act as the project manager and creative partner behind global product launches, LinkedIn Lives and Reddit AMAs, working closely with Communications, Marketing and Product teams to turn major moments into sustained audience growth.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will build campaigns, manage projects and own the results.
If you are a highly organized professional who thrives on taking an idea from initial brief through post-event recommendations, and you're excited to test new formats going into 2027, this is the role for you.
About the Role
- Act as a key social lead for external campaigns across X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, from campaign planning and creative development through launch and reporting.
- Serve as project manager for flagship social moments, managing timelines, dependencies, assets and stakeholders across Communications, Marketing, Product, Video and Creative teams.
- Lead LinkedIn Live events from setup through live support, partnering with Demand Generation, Communications, Marketing and LinkedIn Support to develop, promote and execute content, including post-event reporting and recommendations.
- Plan and execute Reddit AMAs, helping build a stronger, authentic, non-promotional presence on Reddit while testing new live formats across other channels, including X and YouTube.
- Deliver analytics and post-event recommendations for flagship moments, using performance data, social listening insights and AI tools to optimize content.
- Develop LinkedIn newsletters and manage the editorial content calendar for enterprise channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities, campaigns and product launches.
- Partner with Internal Communications to maximize the effectiveness of the global employee advocacy platform, GaggleAMP, by increasing participation, amplification and reach.
- Manage and coordinate content across segment and product channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Brief speakers and executives on social sharing and provide ready-made assets.
- Contribute to social content playbooks and guidelines, stay informed on platform changes, algorithm shifts and emerging formats, and proactively identify publishing risks.
